COOKING CLASS PARTIES

Classes run 1-2 hours, depending on how you want to set up the evening

We cook in your kitchen, hands-on or presentation style. For smaller kitchens we can also do a "lecture-and-tasting" format.

Menu can be a whole meal (more costly) or just appetizers or tasting dishes. You tell me what you are interested in or I can propose menu ideas.

Classes are as formal or informal as you would like.

My hourly rate is $50 per hour. Depending on the format, it takes an average of 8-11 hours of my time to put on a class. Food costs, copies and assistant help are extra.

You can always reduce costs with a simpler menu and/or less food. For example, I can cook "tastings" of dishes to accompany a meal that you have prepared.

Best thing is to come up with a budget and we work within that.
