Laura teaches cooking classes and lectures publicly about healthy, easy eating, green cuisine trends, regionally responsible food service, and feeding body, mind and planet. In Cool Cuisine - Taking the Bite out of Global Warming, she combines her culinary experience with a passion for educating about food and environment issues.
Her classes and lectures are given regularly in the San Francisco Bay Area, but are also offered nationally. Presentations are offered to groups both large and small, and can be given to businesses, community groups or school groups
Depending on your requirements, you may select a cooking class demonstration, a combined science / cooking presentation or a more formal lecture. All can be tailored to your specific requirements.
